Thomas S. Van is Shareholder in the Firm's Santa Ana Office. Mr. Van represents a wide range of financial institutions including national banks, securitized trusts, loan servicers, and trustees in matters relating to residential and commercial mortgage lending, title, and land use litigation. Mr. Van also has experience representing multi-national pharmaceutical companies and hi-tech consumer product manufacturers in product liability litigation, including class-actions.
