S. Christopher Yoo is a Shareholder in the Firm's Santa Ana office and member of the Litigation department. Mr. Yoo concentrates his practice in the areas of business and civil litigation, with emphasis in financial institution representation. In his trial experience as the lead attorney, Mr. Yoo has successfully represented financial institutions, public entities, public and private companies and individuals in both State and Federal courts. He has represented clients in complex litigation matters including state and national class actions and unfair business practice lawsuits. Mr. Yoo is also an experienced litigator on ERISA, insurance and employment matters.
