Monisha A. Coelho and Raul F. Salinas will be featured panelists on “Doing Business with India & Mexico – Laws, Pitfalls and Best Practices,” a CLE session hosted by the International Section of the Orange County Bar Association on May 17, 2021, at 12 PM PDT.

The panel will provide a brief overview of the legal system in each country and how it impacts doing business there. The panel will discuss handling corporate transactions, litigation, and enforcement of arbitration awards in each jurisdiction. Finally, the panel will also discuss pitfalls to avoid and best practices to succeed in each country.

Monisha Coelho is dually licensed in India and California and draws from her experience to deliver innovative quality solutions and lasting value to the businesses, technology companies, and Fortune 100 corporations she represents.
