Keith E. McCullough will be presenting at the International Right of Way Association’s Fall Seminar 2020 and Beyond: How Right of Way will shape L.A.’s Future.

Keith will be presenting on the intricacies of project development and management with an eminent domain perspective using Los Angeles Department of Water & Power’s recently-completed Barren Ridge Renewables Transmission Project. The Barren Ridge project included the installation of a new 230 kv transmission system over 62 miles and requiring full or partial acquisitions of 440 parcels of property.
