Three AlvaradoSmith Attorneys Named 2021 Southern California Super Lawyers

AlvaradoSmith attorneys Monisha Coelho, Craig D. Hardwick, and Raúl F. Salinas have been named to the 2021 Southern California Super Lawyers list. Each year, Super Lawyers recognizes no more than 5% of the top lawyers in Southern California from more than 70 practice areas. The selection process involves peer nominations, independent research, and peer evaluations.

These attorneys appear in the January 2021 issue of Southern California Super Lawyers magazine for the following practice areas.

  • Monisha Coelho – Top Rated Business Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA
  • Craig D. Hardwick – Top Rated Real Estate Attorney in Santa Ana, CA
  • Raúl F. Salinas – Top Rated Employment Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA

Monisha represents clients – from startups to multinational corporations – resolve business and real estate disputes in state and federal court litigation. She has particular expertise handling a wide range of real estate issues involving landlords, traditional and hard money lenders, and developers. She is licensed to practice law in India and advises clients on cross-border US-India business transactions and litigation.

Craig is named a top-rated real estate attorney in Southern California by Super Lawyers. A responsive and detail-oriented advocate, Craig partners closely with his clients to understand their short- and long-term real asset objectives. This honor follows Craig’s successful closing of his third billion-dollar oil refinery sale and $325 million acquisition of an apartment complex and marina on behalf of a CalPERS joint venture.

Raúl, who manages AlvaradoSmith’s Los Angeles office, has appeared on the Super Lawyers list every year since 2012 as a California top-rated employment litigation attorney. Equally comfortable in the courtroom as he is in the boardroom, Raul draws upon his extensive experience to help his clients create opportunities and overcome challenges in a wide range of areas, including business, employment, healthcare, government, and international affairs.
